Fullas Internal Training: Motor Product Knowledge Session

This morning, the Fullas team conducted an internal training session focused on motor product knowledge, with the primary goal of improving technical understanding across departments and ensuring better, more professional service for our customers.

The training covered essential motor fundamentals, including working principles, differences between single-phase and three-phase motors, power and torque calculation, efficiency and heat dissipation, insulation classes, temperature rise control, and key international standards such as UL 1004 and UL 1446. Practical topics related to generator motors were also discussed, such as rated power conversion (kVA to kW), AVR functions, load matching, and typical application scenarios faced by end users.
