Customer Visit to FULLAS Factory for FPG3600-X Power Station
This week, we welcomed an overseas customer to the FULLAS factory for an on-site visit focused on our industrial power station, the FPG3600-X. The purpose of the visit was clear: beyond product specs and appearance, the customer wanted to review our manufacturing process, quality control system, testing capability, and delivery assurance—key factors for moving forward with bulk purchasing and OEM cooperation.
During the factory tour, we guided the customer through our core production workflow, including incoming material inspection, assembly processes, in-process QC, final inspection, and packing. For energy storage and power station products, safety and stability are always top priorities. We therefore highlighted our standard testing procedures such as functional checks, output stability verification, protection system validation, and aging tests—so the customer could see how we control reliability and consistency before shipment.
In the product discussion, the customer paid close attention to real-world applications and configuration flexibility of the FPG3600-X, including jobsite temporary power, outdoor operations, emergency backup, and multi-device power output. Based on the customer’s target market and channel needs, we also discussed OEM and customization options such as branding (logo/label), port configuration, packaging solutions, multilingual manuals, and after-sales support with spare parts planning—helping the customer speed up launch and distribution.
This visit gave the customer a more complete understanding of FULLAS manufacturing capability and our power station product system, while also helping us capture the customer’s key requirements for lead time, quality consistency, and support service. Next, we will refine the proposal based on feedback and move forward with sample confirmation and mass production planning.
